Burritos W/chili

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet burrito seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (8 ounce) can chili con carne
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) sour cream
  • 8 inches flour tortillas
  • 1 (16 ounce) package cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 prepare rice on (rice cooker) if not on a pot, ad oil, garlic and brown; add rice mix and then ad water. cook for 20 min at medium flame.
  • 2 in a frying pan, put ground beef cook it and drain fat, then ad burrito mix and fallow directions.
  • 3 cut tomatoes, avocado, onions to your likening and set aside.
  • 4 open can of chili and heat it up.
  • 5 warm tortillas.
