Chili Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients

- 6 medium tomatoes
- salt
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 3 green onions, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325°f degrees.
- 2 slice off top of tomatoes, scoop out pulp and seeds, and salt lightly.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients and spoon into tomato shells.
- 4 arrange in a shallow, greased baking dish and bake 30 minutes.
