Cracked Black Pepper Garnish

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed (don't use the bottled stuff, blech)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • 2 spoon over vegetables or drizzle lightly over dressed salads as a garnish.
