Diane Style Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (400 g) can tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a pan.
- 2 add garlic, cook one minute.
- 3 add undrained chopped tomatoes, sauce, cream, brandy and parsley.
- 4 simmer for 8 minutes until sauce is thickened.
- 5 add beef base and simmer another 10 minutes.
- 6 serve.
- 7 goes well with pasta or mashed potaotoes or vegetables.
