Diane Style Casserole

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 (400 g) can tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a pan.
  • 2 add garlic, cook one minute.
  • 3 add undrained chopped tomatoes, sauce, cream, brandy and parsley.
  • 4 simmer for 8 minutes until sauce is thickened.
  • 5 add beef base and simmer another 10 minutes.
  • 6 serve.
  • 7 goes well with pasta or mashed potaotoes or vegetables.
