California Club Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup french dressing
- 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 6 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breasts (cubed)
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 hard-boiled egg (chopped)
Recipe
- 1 combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well.
- 2 cover and chill thoroughly.
- 3 place shredded lettuce on a large serving platter.
- 4 arrange chicken, tomatoes, avacado, bacon and egg over lettuce.
- 5 spoon chilled dressing over salad just before serving.
