California Club Salad

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup french dressing
  • 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 6 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 hard-boiled egg (chopped)

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well.
  • 2 cover and chill thoroughly.
  • 3 place shredded lettuce on a large serving platter.
  • 4 arrange chicken, tomatoes, avacado, bacon and egg over lettuce.
  • 5 spoon chilled dressing over salad just before serving.
