California Vegetable Wraps

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 16 inches whole wheat tortillas
  • 2/3 cup hummus
  • 1 cup seedless cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup chopped radish
  • 1/2 cup alfalfa sprout
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 spread tortillas with hummus. top with vegetables.
  • 2 drizzle with vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper. roll up like burritos.
