Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 2 1/2 cups salad greens
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/4 tomato
- 1/4 yellow squash
- 1/4 zucchini
- 10 water chestnuts
- 2 ounces tofu
- 1 ounce dried blueberries
- 5 mushrooms
- 1 ounce red onion
Recipe
- 1 chop or slice veggies, mix everything together, add or subtract any other veggies you'd like, keep the tofu or sub with any other protein, good with feta cheese!
- 2 use whatever dressing you'd like.
- 3 easily doubled, tripled.
