Country Cornbread

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingrediants in large bowl.
  • 2 add remaining ingrediants.
  • 3 stir well.
  • 4 pour into greased 11 by 7inch pan.
  • 5 bake at 375f degrees for about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
