Broccoli Slaw

Total Time: 6 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles
  • 1 (16 ounce) package broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1/2 sweet red pepper
  • 1 cup craisins
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup splenda granular

Recipe

  • 1 crush 1 package of ramen noodles and put in bowl, add next 5 ingredients, toss.
  • 2 mix oil, vinegar, splenda, and ramen seasonings (both packs).
  • 3 pour over salad and let sit 6-12 hours.
  • 4 stir and enjoy.
