Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 4 cups shredded american cheese
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2/3 cup beer
- vegetable dippers
- cracker
Recipe
- 1 in slow cooker, combine salsa, cheeses and beer.
- 2 cover and cook on low 3-4 hours. keep on low for serving.
