Chop Suey

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 lbs chuck roast, cut and cubed into 1 inch pieces
- 4 -5 celery ribs, sliced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 ounces bead molasses
- 1 -2 tablespoon cooking oil
- hot cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 brown onions, add meat. simmer on low for 2 hours. add a little water if needed.
- 2 add chopped celery.
- 3 add water to cover meat.
- 4 add soy sauce and bead molassas.
- 5 simmer until celery is done.
- 6 serve over hot cooked rice.
- 7 optional: add large can of chop suey vegetables.
