Corn, Cheese & Salsa Jaffles

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 -3 tablespoons chunky salsa
  • 125 g creamed corn
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat jaffle iron & spread one side of each bread sliced with butter.
  • 2 place bread, butter side down in jaffle iron & spread with salsa, top with corn & cheese and remaining bread slice, butter side up.
  • 3 close lid & cook for 3-4 mins or until golden & hot.
