Corn On The Cob With Brown Butter And Lime

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 -6 ears corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup real butter
  • 1 -2 lime

Recipe

  • 1 break corn into halves.
  • 2 cook corn as you normally would.
  • 3 in the meantime, in a small saucepan melt butter until it starts to turn brown.
  • 4 (this is very important, butter must start to turn brown).
  • 5 cut lime into 8 pieces.
  • 6 when corn is done put into a large bowl and pur brown melted butter over it.
  • 7 when you are ready to eat, squeeze lime over you piece.
