Cornbread Baked In A Jar

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 8 ounces creamed corn

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 5 ingredients together, spoon into a plastic zipper bag.tuck into a one-pint wide mouth canning jar.
