Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice or 1 teaspoon lime juice
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- 2 cover and chill a minimum of 8 hours to blend flavors.
- 3 serve with assorted raw vegetables.
