Debbies Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 3 sweet potatoes, baked, mashed (3 cups)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup butter (less if you have to)
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup plain flour
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
• 1/2 cup coconut

Recipe

• 1 combine all the filling ingredients in large bowl and mix well. (i use my hand mixer for this)
• 2 pour into a greased 3 quart baking dish.
• 3 mix all topping ingredients. spoon onto filling mixture.
• 4 bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. (depending on the depth of your baking dish).
