- 16 inches whole wheat tortillas
- 2/3 cup hummus
- 1 cup seedless cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup chopped radish
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprout
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar1/8 t sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 spread tortillas with hummus. top with vegetables.
- 2 drizzle with vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper. roll up like burritos.
