Chile Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (27 ounce) can whole green chilies
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup flour
Recipe
- 1 wash & drain and seed chiles, put one layer chiles in a 9 x 13 inch casserole pan.
- 2 top with a layer of both cheeses. repeat another layer of chilies and cheeses.
- 3 beat eggs add milk and flour. beat again until smooth.
- 4 pour milk mixture over chilies and cheese.
- 5 bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
