Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 (20 ounce) can tomatoes
• 1 medium onion, grated
• 1 carrot, grated
• 1/2 cup celery leaves
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 3 whole cloves
• 1/4 teaspoon basil
• 2 cups medium sauce
• 1/2 cup mild cheese, grated
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 boil together for 25 minutes, the tomatoes, grated onions, carrots, chopped celery leaves, sugar, cloves and basil.
• 2 force through a sieve.
• 3 add the medium sauce.
• 4 add the grated cheese.
• 5 salt& pepper to taste.
• 6 place over heat to warm up.
• 7 beat a few minutes with a hand beater.
