Asian Glazed Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated gingerroot
- 2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
- 3 -3 1/2 lbs roasting chickens, cut up
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken; mix well.
- 2 place chicken in 13x9 baking pan.
- 3 pour marinade over; turn to coat chicken.
- 4 cover dish and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours; turning several times.
- 5 heat grill, remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade.
- 6 grill 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken if fork tender and juices run clear.
- 7 turn and brush with reserved marinade several times during cooking process.
- 8 discard any remaining marinade.
