Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes, crushed
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in crock pot.
- 2 cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 5-6 hours) or until vegetables are tender.
