Chicken Carrot Fried Rice

Ingredients

- 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce, divided
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 2 large carrots, shredded
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine chicken, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and garlic; set aside.
