Chinese-style Chicken Thighs

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 bone-in skinless chicken thighs, fat removed
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
  • 2 arrange chicken in a single layer in a glass baking dish.
  • 3 combine oil, orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and garlic.
