Chinese-style Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

- 6 bone-in skinless chicken thighs, fat removed
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
- 2 arrange chicken in a single layer in a glass baking dish.
- 3 combine oil, orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and garlic.
- 4 pour over chicken.
- 5 bake, uncovered, 45 minutes to 1 hour, until chicken is done.
- 6 transfer chicken to a serving platter.
- 7 combine cornstarch and water.
- 8 add to juices in baking dish.
