- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- 3 sift the flour into a mixing bowl.
- 4 add the sugars, oil, eggs, vanilla, and the pecans.
- 5 mix well.
- 6 pour into pan and spread evenly, making sure to get it into the pan corners.
- 7 bake about 35 minutes, or until it tests done.
