Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 -6 lbs corned beef brisket
- 2 tablespoons pickling spices
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery & leaves, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 line shallow pan with heavy foil.
- 2 put corned beef in center of foil & pour water over top.
- 3 sprinkle with spices & arrange vegetables over & around meat.
- 4 seal meat, bringing foil ends up so juice cannot run out.
- 5 bake at 300f for 4 hours.
- 6 let cool & slice thinly.
