Ingredients

- 3 swedes, about 1 kg, coarsely chopped
- 125 ml pouring cream
Recipe
- 1 place swede in pot, cover with water.
- 2 bring to the boil over high heat, cook till tender about 30 minutes.
- 3 drain well, pulse in food processor till smooth.
- 4 return to saucepan, add cream.
- 5 stir over medium heat till thick, about 3 minutes.
- 6 season to taste.
