Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cup v8 vegetable juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 in medium bowl, blend (or mix) cream cheese until smooth.
- 2 gradually stir in mayonnaise until well blended.
- 3 stir in v8 juice, garlic and lemon juice.
- 4 cover; refrigerate until serving, at least 2 hours.
