Corn-onion Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 3 eggs, seperated
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (2 7/8 ounce) can french fried onion rings, divded
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs yolks until think and lemon colored.
- 2 add next 4 ingredients and blend well.
- 3 stir in 1 cup french fried onions.
- 4 fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. pour mixture into a 1-1/2 quart ungreased casserole dish.
- 5 bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm.
- 6 top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
- 7 serve immediately.
