Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 dash olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 head broccoli, chopped into florets
- handful almonds
Recipe
- 1 saute the garlic and chilli in a large frying pan or wok with some salt to taste.
- 2 add the broccoli and lemon juice, cover and steam until almost done.
- 3 remove lid, add almonds and cook on high heat until broccoli is a bit charred, but still bright green.
