Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Recipe
- 1 in a mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
- 2 beat in sugars, flour, butter, oil, and vanilla until well blended.
- 3 stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- 4 pour into pie shell.
- 5 bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until tests done.
- 6 cool on a wire rack.
- 7 refrigerate leftovers.
