Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted and cooled
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Recipe

  • 1 in a mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
  • 2 beat in sugars, flour, butter, oil, and vanilla until well blended.
  • 3 stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
  • 4 pour into pie shell.
  • 5 bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until tests done.
  • 6 cool on a wire rack.
  • 7 refrigerate leftovers.
