- 64 ounces chicken broth
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 32 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 cups rice
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients (rice) in crockpot. meat on bottom. cook on low 10 to 12 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours. about 15 minutes before finished add rice to crockpot and stir.
