Artichoke Spinach Dip

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 1/2 ounce) jar artichokes
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag spinach
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind
  • tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 chop artichoke hearts in food processor fitted with steel blade.
  • 2 set aside.
  • 3 wash spinach well.
  • 4 blanch in boiling water; drain; squeeze dry and chop in food processor.
  • 5 add chopped artichoke hearts and remaining ingredients and process just until blended.
  • 6 prepare a day in advance.
  • 7 serve with vegetable sticks.
