Corn Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kernel corn
  • 1 (13 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 package jiffy corn muffin mix

Recipe

  • 1 combine all in a large bowl.
  • 2 pour mixture into an 8" x 8" baking dish.
  • 3 bake at 350 for an hour or until golden brown on top.
