Corn Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, with juice
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans creamed corn
  • 2 (8 1/2 ounce) boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 8 ounces sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients.
  • 2 pour into greased 9"x13" inch dish.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
