Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 10 ounces frozen peas, cooked and drained
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 ounces broiled canned mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1 dash thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook onions in butter until tender but not brown; stir in remaining ingredients.
- 2 season with salt and pepper.
- 3 cover and cook over low heat until warm.
- 4 serves 4.
