Corn And Tomato Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 can corn
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350% (175 c.) place bacon in a large skillet.
- 2 cook over medium heat til crisp and browned.
- 3 drain,and crumble.
- 4 melt butter in skllet, add corn and cook for about 5 min.
- 5 stirring constantly.
- 6 add bacon and salt, remove from heat.
- 7 spread layer of corn mix.
- 8 into the bottom of a 2-quart casserole, then the tomatoes.
- 9 repeat layers ending with tomatoes.
- 10 bake uncovered in oven for 30 minutes.
