Corn And Tomato Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 can corn
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350% (175 c.) place bacon in a large skillet.
  • 2 cook over medium heat til crisp and browned.
  • 3 drain,and crumble.
  • 4 melt butter in skllet, add corn and cook for about 5 min.
  • 5 stirring constantly.
  • 6 add bacon and salt, remove from heat.
  • 7 spread layer of corn mix.
  • 8 into the bottom of a 2-quart casserole, then the tomatoes.
  • 9 repeat layers ending with tomatoes.
  • 10 bake uncovered in oven for 30 minutes.
