Artichoke And Tarragon Dip

Ingredients
- 12 ounces canned marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon or 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and place in a 3-cup ovenproof baking dish or casserole.
- 2 bake in a preheated 350f oven until heated through, about 30 minutes.
- 3 serve with raw vegetables, chips, or crackers.
