Artichoke And Tarragon Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces canned marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon or 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and place in a 3-cup ovenproof baking dish or casserole.
  • 2 bake in a preheated 350f oven until heated through, about 30 minutes.
  • 3 serve with raw vegetables, chips, or crackers.
