Ingredients

- 2 corn, on the cobs
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 tablespoons vegan butter
Recipe
- 1 cook corn on the cobs by boiling or steaming until soft.
- 2 melt butter, add corriander (chopped fine) and chilli powder in a wok or frypan.
- 3 then stir fry cooked corn cobs until butter has soaked through.
- 4 add extra corriander on the corn cob for decoration.
