Chilli And Corriander Corn

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 2 corn, on the cobs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons vegan butter

Recipe

  • 1 cook corn on the cobs by boiling or steaming until soft.
  • 2 melt butter, add corriander (chopped fine) and chilli powder in a wok or frypan.
  • 3 then stir fry cooked corn cobs until butter has soaked through.
  • 4 add extra corriander on the corn cob for decoration.
