Creamy Corn Muffins

Total Time: 38 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 28 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (12 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°.
  • 2 grease one large muffin pan well, or use paper liners.
  • 3 mix all ingredients together, blending well.
  • 4 pour batter into prepared muffin pan, filling about 1/2 full.
  • 5 bake for 22-28 minutes.
  • 6 let cool before removing from pan.
