Ingredients
- 2 slices of homemade bread
- 1/2 cup chicken salad (your choice)
- 1/2 cup roasted vegetables
- 1 sliced provolone cheese
- mayonnaise (as desired)
Recipe
- 1 spread bread with mayonnaise on the inside and a little butter on the outside.
- 2 put one slice on the panini gridddle.
- 3 add the cheese, chicken salad, and veggies.
- 4 put top slice of bread on and grill.
