Chicken Salad Stuffed Pitas

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbles
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 center-cut bacon, slices cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 (6 inch) whole wheat pita bread, cut in half

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese and pepper.
