Chinese Hot Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 whisk mustard and sugar together until smooth.
  • 2 whisk in water and oil.
  • 3 let stand 8 hours before serving.
  • 4 refrigerate leftovers.
