Chinese Hot Mustard

Ingredients
1/4 cup dry mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup boiling water
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Recipe
1 whisk mustard and sugar together until smooth.
2 whisk in water and oil.
3 let stand 8 hours before serving.
4 refrigerate leftovers.
