Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large tbsps cocoa
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 1/2 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 put sugar and flour into a large mixing bowl.
- 3 heat melted margarine and oil almost to the boiling point.
- 4 then add cocoa and water mixing well.
- 5 add this mixture into the sugar/flour mixture.
- 6 add the last 5 ingredients then mix well.
- 7 pour into a 11x15 sheet cake pan.
- 8 bake 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
- 9 cool, frost and serve.
- 10 for frosting:.
- 11 melt butter, then add all other ingredients, mix well.
- 12 for frosting omit the cocoa powder.
