Ingredients

 - 3 lbs frozen corn
 - 1/2 cup margarine
 - 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
 - salt and pepper
 - 3 cups cooked rice (optional)
 
Recipe
- 1 dump everything but the rice into a crockpot. turn on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. - or - cook on low for 4-5 hours.
 - 2 turn down to warm until ready to serve. serve over warm rice.
