Corn Spoon Bread

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients, stirring just until muffin mix is moistened.
  • 2 pour batter into a lightly greased 11-x7 inch baking dish.
  • 3 bake at 350°f for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden.
