Baked Spinach Dip Loaf

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 loaf sourdough bread, unsliced round
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 beat cream cheese and mayo together in mixing bowl.
- 3 stir in next nine remaining ingredients.
- 4 cut a slice off top of bread; set aside.
- 5 carefully hollow out bottom, leaving a 1/2 inch shell.
- 6 cube removed bread and set aside.
- 7 fill the shell with spinach dip; replace top.
- 8 wrap in heavy-duty foil; place on baking sheet.
- 9 bake for 75 - 90 minutes or until dip is heated through.
- 10 open foil carefully.
- 11 serve warm with bread cubes and vegetables.
