Basil & Walnut Dip

Ingredients

  • 225 g low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaf
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon red wine or 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except the walnuts in a food processor and process until smooth. stir in walnuts. serve with raw vegetables for dipping. any left overs are great in a sandwich the next day.
