Creamy Holiday Corn

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans corn (not creamed corn)
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons red pimientos (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 drain liquid from corn, set liquid aside.
  • 2 place corn and cream cheese in a pan over medium-low heat.
  • 3 cook until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
  • 4 do not let cream cheese burn.
  • 5 if mixture seems clumpy, add some of the corn juice back into the mixture.
