Celeriac And Walnut Gratin

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 large celeriac
- 1 1/2 tablespoons walnut oil
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 100 g blue cheese
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 190°c.
- 2 peel, quarter and thinly slice celeriac - can be done with slicing blade of food processor.
- 3 toss celeriac with walnut oil, season to taste.
- 4 place in a gratin dish, spread out evenly.
- 5 pour over stock, bake for 45 minutes.
- 6 scatter with walnuts and crumble over blue cheese.
- 7 cook another 15 minutes till crisp and golden.
