Ingredients

- 1 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4-1/2 cup packed splenda brown sugar blend
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (i used light tasting olive oil.)
- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated gingerroot
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
Recipe
- 1 mix all together.
- 2 i marinade my meat choice for 2-3 hours in the frigerator using a ziploc bag but you can marinade up to 6-8 hours.
