Chinese Marinade

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/4-1/2 cup packed splenda brown sugar blend
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (i used light tasting olive oil.)
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly grated gingerroot
  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together.
  • 2 i marinade my meat choice for 2-3 hours in the frigerator using a ziploc bag but you can marinade up to 6-8 hours.
